one of the things I miss most about my school in Riga:
The utter quiet of the library.
The public library in my town is always buzzing, with children running around and parents scolding them.
The school library is full of people hanging out and copying work, and, despite spending a good bit of my sophomore year there, I never quite feel comfortable sitting at its lacquered tables.
